CNEPO has the ability to design, fabrication and test ultra-precision optical element coatings. We provide thermal evaporation and ion beam sputtering optical coatings in the ultraviolet-infrared band, which can specially meet the coating requirements of ultra-precision optical elements (e.g., surface figure accuracy< 1nm ) and ultraviolet application.
